About The Burtches
The Burtches is a 90-unit apartment building owned and operated by Orchard Valley Senior Housing Society since 1988.
Our Society is proud to offer fully renovated, beautiful 600 sq ft independent living, one-bedroom apartments across the street from the Kelowna Parkinson Recreation Centre and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and services.
The building is on the bus route.
Rental apartments include electricity (heat and lights) and are furnished with stoves, fridges, and wall unit air conditioners.
Underground parking is available for a monthly fee. Coin operated laundry facilities are located on each of the three floors. There are three common rooms where tenants can meet socially.
