Submission of a tenancy application is no guarantee of accommodation. Tenants maybe selected on a basis of need rather than the timing of their application. If you have submitted an application, please do not contact our staff enquiring about when you might be able to move in. When notice is received on an apartment, several suitable candidates will be contacted to attend The Burtches for an interview and to view the apartment.

The successful candidate with be contacted as soon as possible. Our Society will always give as much notice as possible to potential tenants. We fully understand and empathize with the urgent need for affordable housing for individuals in Kelowna and that need is what motivates our Society to be in the housing business.
